We are a licensed customs broker with custom bonded warehouses and 8 offices Australia wide with international branches in New Zealand, China , Singapore and USA. We are looking for an Imports Freight Operations & Customer Services officer in our Brisbane office.
The Role
- Air cargo & Sea cargo report
- Processing under bond movement , manifest and outturn
- Build strong relationships with airlines , shipping lines and clients
- Clients enquiries
- Quotation & Follow up
- Arranging cargo pick up & delivery
- Assisting in customs clearance
- Documentation & invoicing
About You
- Freight forwarding experience
- Cargowise experience
- Professional and work in a timely manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Chinese speaker for this particular position
