1. We are a growing business. The problem with growing the business is that we want to ensure our service levels do not drop therefore, planning for further growth is paramount to our business. In line with our company Vision of creating Freedom, part of creating Freedom for our team is that we work collaborative to ensure all tasks are completed daily. What we need is a logistics leader who is a high performer, someone who can think quick on their feet to pivot and overcome obstacles.
2. All our processors are in place. Whilst processors are in place, we are always looking for ways we can be better therefore, we need someone who can look for improvements in our processors not only for our business but also our clients and implement change/s as required.
Who you are?
You are a Customer Service / operations master who is a quick thinking, a master at thinking outside the square, building trust, driven for growth and deliver positive result through;

- 3 years of experience working within Freight Forwarding industry.
