Location
Ideally situated on the pristine beaches of the Gold Coast, the oceanfront Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Gold Coast offers 295 guest rooms and suites, 26 luxurious 2 & 3-bedroom villas, award winning restaurants and bars, a swim-up pool bar and over 14 flexible spaces for meetings and events.
The Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for executing the daily operation of the In- Room Dining department, ensuring all guest orders and amenities are delivered to the rooms promptly and with impeccable service.
You will have the opportunity to work across different areas of our F&B operation including a buffet restaurant, swim-up pool bar, hotel bar and conference and events.
Successful Candidates
To be successful for this role you will:
- An energetic and passionate approach to providing efficient and friendly service
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy fast-paced environment
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holiday periods
- Previous F&B experience is advantageous, but not essential
- Currently hold, or willing to obtain a QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
