Established for over 40 years and the largest Australian owned brand in the direct to retail sector. Simson are a publisher and distributor of Greeting Cards with nearly 2,000 retail customers and 4,000 different designs.

We are seeking the expertise of a casual In Store Merchandiser to service our accounts in Fountain Gate, Victoria. 

Please note: This position is casual and work may be offered to you on a Monday and Thursday (excluding public holidays).  Hours will vary from approx. 2 to 6 hours per week.  Additional hours may be offered at our busier time through to December. 

You are entitled to accept or reject any shifts offered due to the casual nature of employment. 

Principal Responsibilities:

• Work independently where required
• To merchandise and service customers to the standard set by Simson Greeting Cards in a timely manner
• Able to follow a planogram to display product
• Through merchandising effectively- increase the sales potential of a customer
• To provide merchandising, stock control and promotional activities
• To communicate effectively with all relevant members of Head Office
• Ensure stock control levels are maintained for seasonal/promotional events and general sales
• Develop and sustain a high level of Product Knowledge
