Inbound Call Centre Telephonists / Experienced Or Junior

 Southern Communications Network (SCN) is a locally based Call Centre that provides dispatching services to Taxi Fleets around Australia and New Zealand.

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our ever-expanding Inbound Call Centre. Positions are being offered for Junior staff as well as people with experience.

We are located in Moonah, Tasmania and we operate on a 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week basis.  The requirement for the successful applicant/s is that they must be prepared to work a variety of shifts across a 24/7 roster. For applying junior applicants, we understand that availability may vary dependent on hours based at school, so we are looking for availability on evenings and weekends for those applicants.

The position we are offering is an ongoing casual position with the potential for up to 38 hrs a week.

Working from home (WFH) is not offered for this position.

Essential qualities that applicants must possess are:

• Energetic and Reliable
• Available to work evenings and weekends
• Have competent computer & literacy skills
• Possess a good telephone manner
• Be able to provide great customer service
• Have excellent attention to detail
