The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Handling inbound calls, emails and chat in a professional manner.
  • Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
  • Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate inquiry processing and delivery.
  • Escalating customer feedback as required.

The Profile

  • You have at least 2 years experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Hospitality or Customer Care Services in a Call Center.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills in German (mother tongue level) and English (proficiency level).
  • You have working knowledge of multitasking and phone etiquette
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
