Join the team at Bundy Star Truck & Machinery who prides themselves in delivering efficient service at the right price. With many years of experience serving the Wide Bay Region, they have developed a large, loyal local customer base, specialising in offering spare parts and servicing for trucks ranging from 4.5T to the largest prime movers and trailers.
Duties may include but not limited to:
- Assist customers in identifying and locating the right parts for their trucks and machinery.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of truck and automotive parts to provide accurate and efficient service.
- Work closely with the service and repairs team to ensure parts availability and timely servicing.
- Manage inventory, including stock checks, orders, and maintaining an organised parts storage area.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and product knowledge.
Applicants will ideally meet the following criteria
- Must have a manual car licence.
- General interest in trucks and automotive parts is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
