The Role

What You'll Do
- Handle high volumes of enquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Drive the enrolment journey from first contact to final sign-up.
- Quickly build rapport with families, understanding their needs, and selling the benefits of Guardian.
- Use our systems to manage and optimize enrolment processes.
- Work closely with centre teams to match waitlisted families with current vacancies, maximizing occupancy.
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless enrolment experience.
- Experience in a call centre, sales, or a similar high-volume environment.
- A confident communicator who can multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Someone who thrives on hitting targets and driving results.
- Ability to work rotating rosters and maintain high energy levels.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing records and systems.
