Pay and Roster:
- Positioned at a corporate site in Bankstown
- Permanent part-time, 20 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 15:00 - 19:00
- Clerks Award LV4 + Applicable Loadings & Penalties
- Base rate of $29.04 p/h + super
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist students, faculty, staff, and visitors with inquiries, directions, and general assistance.
- Monitor access points and ensure only authorised individuals enter campus facilities.
- Provide information about campus resources, events, and services.
- Coordinate and assist with campus tours and special events.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, safety concerns, and incidents on campus.
- Collaborate with campus security, facilities management, and other departments to address issues and maintain a secure environment.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, incidents, and lost and found items.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous concierge, Guest Services or reception experience
- Exceptional administration skills
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
- Strong communication and radio skills (RaTel)
- Team player with problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in security will be highly regarded.
