Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
As a valued member of the sales team, you will be responsible for:
- Taking the initiative to make outbound calls, converting inbound 'warm' leads into registered accounts
- Supporting prospective clients through the onboarding journey for efficient payment collection
- Conducting telephone and/or virtual meetings as required
- Engaging in marketing campaigns to support business development
- Maintaining high levels of both outbound and inbound email and talk time
- Conducting outbound lead generation and scheduling appointments for the outbound sales team
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholder
What You'll Bring:
- Excellent rapport building, communication, and relationship-building skills with key decision-makers and business owners
- Motivation to execute daily sales activities, build a healthy pipeline, and achieve sales targets
- The ability and willingness to assume responsibility and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a track record of adherence to regulatory requirements and related policies, processes, and practices
- 2-3 years of experience in an Inside Sales, SDR, or outbound sales role within SAAS
- Experience in financial services, payments, e-commerce, or international trade is a plus
