Inbound Sales Consultants

We are seeking Full Time Permanent, Inbound Sales Consultants to join our team on our late morning shift based in Padstow.This is a sales role, where the calls come to you!About the Role:

• Providing a great customer experience to our customers.
• Supporting customers throughout the full lifecycle of their enquiries.
• Exploring customer needs to ensure we are offering our full scope of services.
• Communicating and articulating the features and benefits of booking with O’Brien AutoGlass.

About your Roster:

• Rostering start times will commence between 10.00am - 2.00pm.
• Rostering finish times will be between 6.00pm -10.00pm.
• Your roster will be a rotating roster Full Time hours; Monday-Sunday
• Your roster will also be supportive of a flexible and work/life balance.
• Commencing rate - $28.50/hr +commission.
• Comprehensive training and onboarding program to set you up for success!
• Training hours will be Monday to Friday for 4 weeks from 10.00am - 6.00pm.
• Padstow based head office with free onsite parking.
