Plus, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and proactive problem-solving.

What we look for in a successful candidate:

We are looking for candidates with technical experience in Incident and Problem Management, with ServiceNow proficiency. The ability to build positive relationships with multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership and department heads, is essential. ITIL accreditation or knowledge is highly desirable. We value clear and agile thinking, an analytical approach to tasks, strong problem-solving skills, and well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
