As we expand, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Incident Review Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

As the Incident Review Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of Incident Reviews. You will ensure that all incidents are thoroughly investigated, documented, and reviewed to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions. Your role is pivotal in enhancing our incident management processes, improving safety protocols, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate Incident Review meetings, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are involved.
  • Investigate incidents by collecting and analysing data, interviewing witnesses, and reviewing documentation.
  • Prepare detailed incident reports, including root cause analysis, findings, and recommendations.
  • Track and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions to ensure timely resolution.
  • Develop and maintain Incident Review procedures and documentation standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on incident reporting and review processes.
  • Analyse incident trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement preventive measures.
  • Maintain Incident Review databases and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional capacity as a Registered Nurse and senior management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in incident management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in conducting root cause analysis and developing corrective action plans.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Incident Management, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role within [industry or sector].
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to incident management.
