We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Inclusion and Wellbeing professional to join our team as Senior Manager for 12 months Parental Leave cover.

Your opportunity
Working hand in glove with the Director – Inclusion & Wellbeing you will be responsible for activities including (but not limited to) the following:
- Support the implementation of the firmwide Inclusion and Wellbeing strategy, programs and systems partnering with key stakeholders across the business and the People and Inclusion (P&I) team
- Regularly review, evaluate, and progress IDE and Wellbeing strategies and initiatives including but not limited to Mental Health and Wellbeing, Gender Equity, Cultural Diversity, and Family and Caring to help realise our Inclusion and belonging vision.
- In partnership with our capability and learning team, support the design, implementation and evaluation of key IDE & Wellbeing learning programs including Allyship and our gender and cultural diversity talent programs.
- You will lead and enable our firmwide sponsored Employee Resource Groups (including current ERGs for Cultural Diversity (Belong), EMPOWER (Gender Equity) and Family and Caring to ensure alignment with overall business objectives, and our Inclusion and Wellbeing strategy.
- Curating and maintaining IDE & Wellbeing content (thought leadership, benchmarks, best practices) for internal and external audiences
- Lead research projects into current trends emerging from data and drawing on best practice, nationally and internationally to identify approaches and systems which best support an inclusive and diverse culture and business objectives with potential for adoption by the firm
- Key reporting and monitoring of firmwide IDE targets and ensuring regular reporting to key stakeholders on progress and key actions required
- Use data driven insights to inform strategies and plans
