This is a permanent, part-time role (25 hours per week), Monday to Friday including split shifts.
Your Role:
- Provide direct one-on-one support to children with additional needs, ensuring their growth and development are nurtured.
- Infuse your passion into creating and delivering a stimulating learning environment for all children under your care.
- Collaborate with the team on daily centre practices, offering support in documenting children's learning journeys.

- Holds a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Experience working within an Inclusion Support role would be highly desirable
- Knowledge and understanding of the childcare industry practices including legislative requirements and quality frameworks
- Awareness of the National Quality Framework, and Queensland Kindergarten guidelines
- Effective workplace communication skills
