- Holds a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Experience working within an Inclusion Support role would be highly desirable
- Knowledge and understanding of the child care industry practices including legislative requirements and quality frameworks
- Awareness of the National Quality Framework, and Queensland Kindergarten guidelines
- Effective workplace communication skills
