anzuk are supporting a high achieving co-educational Independent School located in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. 
  
The Opportunity

The school are seeking a passionate and nurturing Inclusive Education Teacher on a full time, ongoing basis. The successful candidate will tailor learning support to students, recognise individual learning styles and assist with necessary modifications and adjustments to educational programs. 
The Inclusive Education Teacher will also implement interventions, create and manage Individualised Learning Plans (ILPs), and support in both individual and small group settings. Responsibilities also include data analysis and assessment of student needs, communicating with families, and supporting teachers with differentiated teaching strategies across Junior and Secondary school levels. 

This position will commence ASAP.
