Describe the client: Our Host Business:
This business offers a range of services, including interior cleaning and yard maintenance, and continues to grow in staff and assets as well as the range of services and customers.
Position Description:
- Conduct Property Services tasks including mowing, tree trimming, cleaning (interior/exterior) etc to a high standard as directed
- Provide quality customer service and maintain positive client relationships
- Follow directions and procedures and ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures, particularly health & safety requirements
- Contribute to asset and equipment maintenance
Position Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills with a can-do attitude
- Blue Card, White Card and the ability to acquire a Yellow Card
Desirable
- LR Licence
- Drivers C Class Licence
- Previous experience in Property Services or similar
- General knowledge of equipment use and maintenance needs
- Qualifications in Chainsaw and Pole Saw Operations, manual tree felling (intermediate), working safely at heights or the ability to rapidly acquire these qualifications
- Experience in working in teams
