Coming from diverse backgrounds, they embrace new ways of working and benefit from comprehensive training to prepare them for their roles.About the RoleWe are currently seeking an AHS Control Analyst to join the AHS Control team.As part of IOPS and reporting to the AHS Control supervisor, the AHS Control Analyst will support the department on day-to-day operations. You will take an active role in ensuring compliance to schedule and operating philosophies, driving a culture that not only conforms to company safety standards, but also seeks to continuously improve operating efficiency and realise cost benefits.Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Build on the team's safety, culture, and performance
- Review and optimise mine model on daily basis to improve truck performance
- Run tactical implementation plans to improve system functionality and optimise workflow interfaces between control and site
- Liaise between site and control to communicate key control system issues
- Liaising with team in ensuring that the Control System is setup in line with current AHS Mine Control Team standards
- Create dashboards/reports that identify performance gaps and track selected KPIs for crew performance
- Provide detailed analysis on incident investigations and safety events
- Positive & supportive attitude that contributes to a great Team culture
- Safety focused; results driven desire to continually strive for benchmark results
- Extensive Mine Control or System Builder experience using Minestar Command system
- Clear communication skills with ability to present to senior leadership, internal and external stakeholders
- High level of computer literacy and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Have a collaborative approach, with the ability to engage and influence
- Strategic, forward thinker with the ability to perform in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
