Indigenous Mentor

GTNT Group is recruiting for an Apprenticeships Mentor (Mentor), to join the Apprentice Connect Provider team to deliver the Australian Apprenticeship Support Services in our Darwin city office. The Mentor will provide quality individualised mentoring and personal support services (enhanced services) to Apprentices and their Employers. The Mentor will manage a caseload of clients on a regular basis to ensure the requirements of the contract are achieved and that the apprentice is mentored through to completion.

As the Apprentice Connect Provider for the Northern Territory delivering the Australian Apprenticeship Support Services, we are responsible for managing the processing of training contracts, government incentives and apprentice and employer information. We engage with community groups, school and industry to promote Apprenticeships and ensure we are delivering high quality service in the NT. 

Salary range $76,125 – $88,305pa. Your salary will be then reduced by $5,500pa (before tax) for the motor vehicle contribution (MVC). This position comes with a mandator company vehicle that can be used for personal and work purposes. The MVC covers the cost of fuel, insurance and all maintenance requirements.

Starting rate will depend on prior knowledge and experience.

• Be passionate supporting First Nations apprentices and their employers through their apprenticeship journey
