About the Role

Joining the Human Resources team, you will be a member of a dynamic, professional, motivated and caring team with a focus on supporting leaders, uplifting data quality and ‘big picture’ thinking. 

  • Multiple Opportunities available: Permanent/ Fixed term
  • The role can be based in any of our BHP offices in Adelaide, Brisbane or Perth.

About you
  • Understanding of HR tools, processes and systems.
  • Good stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and organizational skills which will be critical to your success in this role, as will your attention to detail and your talent to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to influence outcomes. 
  • Demonstrated ability to consolidate and analyse information, with the skills and knowledge to provide critical thinking and a solution focused nature. 
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset and strong learning agility.
  • Have, or be in the process of obtaining, a Graduate Certificate or Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline; or demonstratable experience in Human Resources
