Our client is a leading manufacturer of underground mining equipment. We manufacture and support custom-built mining equipment such as shuttle cars, feeder breakers and multi-bolters as well as offering bespoke remanufacturing services for other underground equipment.
Your new role
- On the job involvement in all aspects of work not limited to assembly, overhaul, inspection and reporting.
- Reading and interoperating schematics and reference materials planning the layout and installations of electrical works.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Panel wiring
- Support a safe and healthy working environment by compliance with the company’s WHS Management System and promoting a strong safety culture
What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant Electrical qualifications
- AS3800 qualification (preferred but not essential)
- Exposure to industrial, mining and oil & gas industries is highly desirable
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated capacity to develop relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and negotiate desired outcomes
