Due to consistent growth in the business, we have a position available for an experienced Electrical Switchboard Builder to join our dynamic team in the Loganholme warehouse.
  
This role will have 3 fundamental elements to it; however, majority of the position will primarily focus on Switchboard building.
  
Switchboard Building

• Interpret and work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
• Assemble and wire control panels, distribution boards, and main switchboards (MSBs).
• Perform control wiring, panel wiring, bus bar fabrication, and metalwork.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance on completed assemblies.
• Occasionally participate in on-site installations and commissioning of electrical systems.

Warehouse duties

• Day-to-day warehouse activities including receipting and dispatching of orders
• Unloading deliveries using the Forklift
• Receipting of accepted orders into our computer system

Electrical Worker

• On-call for breakdown services or maintenance

This role is ideal for someone who can work independently and enjoys holding a level of responsibility in their day-to-day work activities. To be successful you will need to have experience operating a Forklift with a license along with a Queensland ElectricalLicense and MR license preferably - (or willing to obtain).

Essential criteria:

• Unrestricted Australian working rights
• Queensland Electrical License
• Queensland Driver's License
• Current Forklift License
• CPR/LVR Certificate
• Construction White Card
• Experience working on switchboards

Desirable but not essential:

• MR License
• Receiving and dispatch in a warehouse
• Industrial electrical experience preferred
