Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Plumber to join our maintenance team at our meat processing plant in Castlemaine. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing plumbing systems and equipment within our industrial facility.

Responsibilities:

•             Relevant trade qualifications as an “A” Grade Electrician

•             Demonstrated effective FMCG trade experience (beneficial)

•             Understanding of preventative maintenance systems and techniques.

•             Sound analytical and problem solving skills

•             Customer focused and time conscious

Nice to have:

Food Processing machinery experience plus.

**Be able to tolerate ammonia and refrigerate the environment.

Refrigerated environment.

Requirements:

• Trade qualification as a Plumber or Industrial Plumber.
• Proven experience working as a Plumber in an industrial setting, preferably within a meat processing plant or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial plumbing systems, equipment, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
