Due to our business expanding in Western Australia, we have a permanent full-time position available for a newly created Industrial Services Project Manager position. This exciting role will be based at our WA Head Office in Wangara and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the FIFO/DIDO teams.
Reporting to the Industrial Services Regional Manager - Western, you will:
- Client interface, attend client sites on a regular basis i.e. attend F2F meetings to ensure strong site relationships.
- Planning and scheduling of labour resources in conjunction with the wider IS Western team.
- Planning and scheduling of equipment resources in conjunction with wider IS Western team.
- Estimating new equipment opportunities at FIFO / DIDO client sites
- Assisting with new IS business opportunities with the Regional IS Manager
- Time management and approval of the FIFO / DIDO Team
- Monitoring equipment utilisation on sites
- KPI Compliation and Reporting as required by client sites
- Supporting the Industrial Services team in the end of month processes
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in tooling / equipment management, logistics, or a related field.
- Supervisory or Management background, having led small to medium sized teams.
- Having strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and opportunities and a demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and customer service
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with key internal and external stakeholders effectively.
