Great Annexe Co. is a fast-growing company in the caravan leisure industry, established for 18 years. We are looking for a Canvas Production Supervisor to join our growing family-orientated workplace in Brendale, close to train and bus services. This is a full-time position with 38 hours per week, above award rates paid, and immediate start.
As a Canvas Production Supervisor, you will:
- Manage a small team of Industrial Sewers
- Interpret drawings and measurements to plan and produce high-quality canvas and vinyl products
- Cut and sew canvas and vinyl textiles using various machines and tools
- Liaise with the sales team and customers to ensure their needs are met
- Perform inventory and stock control
- Arrange work flows for team members
- Conduct quality control checks
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in industrial sewing and manufacturing
- The ability to follow specific technical instructions
- The ability to work with varying work tasks and components
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills
