We are looking for a Full /Part time time Admin in our busy Real Estate office in East Vic Park. We are seeking an energetic and motivated person with great communication skills, strong computer skills, and a desire to succeed.
This diverse and interesting role will be more of an all-rounder.
As an all-rounder in our busy office you will be sharing the role of reception, admin and assisting the Director of Property Management.
Strong admin and communication skills are essential for this role as you will be dealing with our owners, and tenants both over the phone and in the office.
You'll also take care of the day-to-day tasks of the office and work with our PM team. Being able to work in a structured environment is essantial in our easy to use and follow system.
The role:
- Provide high-level quality support to the Director of Property Management.
- Liaise with Landords, Tenants and trade people
- Share reception duties
- Communicate and assist with Property management when required.
You:
- Have strong organization skills
- Demonstrate your strong admin skills
- Show initiative and be proactive
- Great phone manner and communication skills
- Computer literate with office products
- Real estate experience is preferrable although not essential.
To be considered for this high paced role you must have a professional mindset and be able to work methodically through processes and procedures.
