About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to an enhanced mental health service for infants and children in the outer eastern region. The Outer East Specialist Child Team is a new, multidisciplinary team based in Ringwood providing specialised mental health assessment and multi-modal intervention for infants, children and their families where there are complex mental health and developmental concerns. The role will include both clinic based and outreach work and the team has structures for support including supervision, reflective practice, joint clinical work and support for professional development.

About you

Hold relevant qualifications in either Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Psychology or Nursing with appropriate registration though the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Agency (AHPRA) and/or other relevant registration boards.

At least 12 months’ experience in your relevant field or proven experience in the mental health field.

The ability to work as part of a diverse team

Excellent communication and organisational skills
