AddressAs a BIG Infield Trainer you will be responsible for training the new & existing field workforce including our grocery and planogram teams, to ensure the accurate and timely execution of tasks.
About the Role:
*Approximately 15 - 25 hours per week in LIVERPOOL and South Western suburbs. Hours are dependent on business requirements. Flexibility is required across Monday to Friday.
*Full training provided
Key Responsibilities:
- An ability to train, guide and support merchandisers
- Driving strong relationships with store personnel
- Client facing - be the expert face to face
- Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
- An understanding of Coles, WW & Pharmacy activations.
- Willingness to travel up to 25kms and 35 minutes.
Successful candidate will need:
- Merchandising experience required in Coles and Woolworths
- Retail and/or supermarket experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills!
- A current Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a role that is physical & repetitive
