  • Base Salary = $71,136 pro rata + Superannuation with Salary Packaging up to $15.9k

About the Opportunity

As our Information Agent National Contact Centre, you will provide direct assistance and support to people who contact Vision Australia via a variety of channels. In this role you will also:

  • Deliver professional customer service in every interaction
  • Provide information about Vision Australia products and services
  • Undertake client intake and needs assessment process for those people who require Vision Australia services

About You

As part of the National Contact Centre team, you should Relevant qualifications or experience in the customer service or Contact Centre fields. In addition, a minimum of 3 years experience in a Contact Centre/customer service role encompassing a multi-skilled environment is encouraged. You will also have:

  • Experience in explaining complex information
  • Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to make sound and timely customer service decisions through analysis and problem solving
