You will be instrumental in shaping the structure and organisation of information within digital products and services. You will delve deep into user needs and business goals to craft architecture functions that enhance user experience and drive business success. 

What's Involved?

  • Research and Analysis: Understand user behaviours, preferences, and needs through comprehensive research and analysis. Use these insights to inform the architecture of digital content.
  • Design and Planning: Create structured plans for digital content, designing intuitive navigation systems and categorising content effectively to guide users effortlessly to the information they need.
  • Wireframing: Develop low-fidelity wireframes that lay out the skeletal structure of web pages and applications, focusing on usability and the user navigation path.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, content strategists, and project managers to ensure that the digital content is well-organized, accessible, and aligned with both user needs and business objectives.
What's Needed?
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with tools such as Sketch, Balsamiq for wireframing, and UXPin or Axure for prototyping.
  • User Research: Ability to conduct and analyze user research and usability testing to gather insights that drive design decisions.
  • Content Strategy: Skills in developing content strategies that align with user needs and support SEO principles.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and excellent communication skills to ensure ideas and concepts are understood and implemented correctly.
