We are looking for an Information Management Analyst Officer to join our client, a leading local government authority, to play a key role in in supporting the organisation's Information Management initiatives.
In this 12-month contract role, you will be responsible for the implementation, operation, and maintenance of their electronic document and records management (EDMS) system.

Your Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage digitally driven records management solutions using your in-depth knowledge of EDMS systems (specifically, Content Manager (CM9)).
- Provide expert advice and guidance on records management best practices, procedures, and policies, ensuring compliance with the NSW State Records Act 1998 and other relevant legislation.
- Analyse and document business processes to develop and implement effective Information Management solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure the successful adoption and ongoing use of the EDMS system.
- Maintain and update records management systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Certificate IV in Recordkeeping or Information Technology.
- Previous experience working for local government
- A minimum of 4 years' experience working with EDMS systems and possess strong information technology skills.
- Proven track record in applying records management principles and practices.
- A strong understanding of the NSW State Records Act 1998 and associated standards.
- Experience in project delivery and change management is desirable.
