About The Role
IOR is seeking an Information Security Advisor to strengthen our security framework and ensure compliance with industry standards. Based in our Cannon Hill office, this full-time, permanent position reports to the Head of Information Security. You will lead key initiatives, manage risks, and maintain security certifications.
• Implement and manage the Information Security management system (ISMS) aligned to standards.
• Lead the organisation through audits, ensuring compliance and achieving certification milestones.
• Develop and refine Information Security policies, standards, and control frameworks.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide strategic advice and support to the management of Information Security risks and compliance issues.
• Develop and deliver security awareness and training programs to educate employees on security best practices, policies, and procedures.
About You:
• Experience in leading organisations through certification and audits.
• Skilled in establishing and managing Information Security frameworks and systems.
• Strong leadership abilities and experience advising senior management.
• Relevant certifications in Information Security
