Information Systems Officer

Job summary:

We are seeking an Information Systems Officer to join our team on a full-time, term basis.
The role is responsible for undertaking operational activities in relation to information system administration, enhancing and developing systems, providing technical expertise in cyber security and managing internet and intranet sites.

About you:

The ideal candidate is an ICT professional with broad industry knowledge that covers cyber security, infrastructure, networking, system architecture, system administration, and web technologies, including programming in Java. To be successful in the role, you will need to have an analytical mindset, be solution focused, and have good interpersonal skills to establish and maintain contact with your peers in SA Government and external stakeholders.

The Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Regulator is an independent Statutory Authority responsible for delivering a competitive CTP Insurance Scheme offering choice, ease and confidence to the SA community. The Regulator monitors, audits and reviews CTP Insurer activities and efficiency of the Scheme. These actions ensure that a fair and affordable Scheme is maintained for motorists, and there are improved Scheme outcomes for injured people. The Regulator is also responsible for providing information to consumers about the Scheme and CTP Insurers.

Requirements and special conditions

Remuneration

Classification:  ASO6
Salary Range:  $97,022 to $102,626
