On completion of your traineeship, you would receive a nationally recognised Certificate III in Information Technology – ICT30120.

Learning on the job:

• Provide technical support by researching and troubleshooting problems, maintain workstations and LAN performance.
• Expect to gain confidence in your customer service skills with face-to-face and on-line assistance.
• Develop your electronic and verbal communication, and inter-personal skills.
• Become adept in time management, priorities, and scheduling your workload.
• Become a skilled Information Technology administrator, anticipating the needs of, and assisting both internal and external client base.

If you have the below skills and certifications, let us know in your application:

• Certificate II in Information Technology. (Applicants holding qualifications above this level are unfortunately not eligible for these entry level positions)
• Customer service and / or basic experience in the IT industry.
• Drivers licence.
