Information Technology Traineeship

MRAEL are seeking a highly motivated and eager I.T Trainee to join the team at Myriad Technology Services.Myriad Technology Services is a managed service provider with a focus on delivering high-quality, cost-effective technology solutions backed by streamlined support to regional operations across Australia, thereby empowering them to become more efficient, capable and productive.The successful candidate will perform the following duties;

• Manage customer IT issues - remote and face-to-face
• Manage accounts across multiple systems
• Provide basic advice and/or training to users
• Use troubleshooting applications
• Gather information from customers and create tickets
• Complete basic tickets in the day
• Escalate tickets to higher levels
• Assist new employees with first time login
• Setup and assign IT equipment to users
