Job description

Reporting to the Infrastructure Lead for Australia you will assist supporting our distribution centres across both Australia and NZ. You will be the primary support for our brand-new Distribution centre based in Redbank, working closely with both the business and IT teams. Coming from a complex system background, you will have experience across technology Platforms/Services and preferably industrial devices.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Ownership of DC systems to ensure proper operations; may participate and/or lead small project initiatives. 
  • Deployment and troubleshooting for all local network services. 
  • Troubleshooting printing environment for corporate and operations 
  • Cover escalation of any DC related issues L1-L3 
  • Remote support for other sites and users when required. 
  • Responsible for all DC IT hardware and industrial devices ( RF guns, shoppers etc.. ) 
  • Early shift rotation (6AM start)

ABOUT YOU

  • You have 3+ years’ experience within a similar role OR proven experience in IT 
  • Knowledge of retail business processes is highly preferred within the Cosmetic/Beauty industry. 
  • Experience working in Distribution centres with industrial devices. 
  • Working knowledge of Windows server OS, VMware, SNOW, Cisco or Meraki, M365, AD
  • Knowledge on storage concepts and LAN/WAN 
  • Strong analytical mind-set with demonstrated experience drawing insights and recommendations efficiently. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to communicate professionally
