What you will be doing
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Infrastructure and Facilities Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Leasing a portfolio of commercial properties to be established as election offices for the 2024 local government elections
- Providing Infrastructure and Facilities management support to a portfolio of election offices established across the State
- Reconciling invoices for leases, utilities and Facilities maintenance charges
- Management of data and records over the project period.

- Well-developed analytical skills, with the ability to identify problems and recommend solutions
- Superior teamwork skills, with a proven ability to plan, coordinate and deliver multiple projects with limited supervision
- Demonstrated strong stakeholder management skills with experience in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- High-level verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to the VEC's core values
