The Department for Child Protection is seeking an Infrastructure and Network Architect to join the ICT and Information Management Team on a full-time ongoing basis.
The role is responsible for:
- Leading the design and development of the organisations INFRASTRUCTURE AND NETWORK ARCHITECTure while ensuring they align with DCP’s overall technology strategy.
- Assessing current and target states of the architecture to align with strategic or tactical objectives and developing recommendations to close the gaps.
- Identifying and evaluating new technologies and trends that can be leveraged to improve INFRASTRUCTURE AND NETWORK performance and scalability.
- Collaborating with IT operations and development teams to design, implement and maintain INFRASTRUCTURE AND NETWORK solutions.
About You
We are looking for an experienced ICT expert with a background in designing and implementing INFRASTRUCTURE AND NETWORK ARCHITECTure.
Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge of relevant ICT government and information architecture and related standards, policies and guidelines.
You will have proven experience in leading the performance and development of a team in delivering architecture services, and in contributing to preparation and presentation of business cases.
