About you
Join our team as Project Manager (Civil Engineer/Design) and lead the development and delivery of infrastructure projects underpinning the Wagga Wagga Special Activation Precinct. Take charge of overseeing project development, managing contracts, and ensuring seamless project delivery. As a key representative, you'll play a pivotal role in achieving project outcomes within time cost and schedule parameters.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in delivering large infrastructure projects (urban development, industrial or commercial projects / estates, civil infrastructure or other multi-discipline infrastructure projects) and managing infrastructure contracts.
To be successful in the role you will have;
- Demonstrated high level experience in civil engineering or civil design, covering road design, civil infrastructure, or utilities
- Proven experience in project management and/or contract management of complex and/or high capital value projects
- Essential requirement: Demonstrated high level experience in engineering, project management or construction contract management or tertiary qualifications
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in sub-division or land development projects
We will consider candidates with transferable skills, qualifications and/or experience in Civil Engineering, Property Development and Construction Project Management.
