Tell me about this role:We are currently looking for a security cleared (NV1 or higher) Infrastructure Requirements Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis at Henderson Shipyard, WA. No two days are the same in this role which is essential to the success of the project. We are looking for multi-skilled, flexible, hardworking people who are keen to grow their career within a leading Defence supplier.
This role will see you carrying out site surveys to identify facility requirements to support both conventional submarines and nuclear submarines. This will include identifying extant and future facility needs, conducting requirements analysis, and supporting the development of facilities requirements reports (FRR) for submarine projects. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying security and environmental requirements to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

What will I be doing day to day?
- Conduct site surveys at Henderson Shipyard to identify facility requirements for conventional and nuclear submarines.
- Identify extant and future facility needs and conduct requirements analysis.
- Support the development of facilities requirements reports (FRR) for submarine projects.
- Identify security and environmental requirements to ensure compliance.
What sort of skills do I need?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Previous experience in Defence infrastructure engineering, preferably in a maritime or naval environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Hold a minimum NV1 security clearance (must be an Australian citizen)
