The Functional Lead (Corporate Applications) will lead a small team that provides functional support for the Cabrini applications portfolio which spans Corporate Applications. You will be responsible for the functional design, configuration, testing, implementation and functional support of secure, reliable and fit-for-purpose technology applications. The role requires in-depth analysis of workflows and data, and collaboratively working with other team members and business stakeholders to improve applications.Key responsibilities include:Managing the Corporate Applications teamEnsuring Corporate Applications systems are being utilised by staff to full potentialProviding guidance and knowledge of issues to team and end usersDeveloping and maintaining partnerships with vendors where required capability or capacity exceeds that which can be provided by the teamProactively support and contribute to the overall technology strategy and investment priorities and leverage technology and vendor product enhancements to effectively exploit opportunitiesImproving applications which may involve data updates, configuration changes, patching or upgradesAbout youYou will be a motivated individual with a minimum of three (3) years of Team Lead / Management experience and experience with HR/Payroll/AP applications.
