Are you passionate about maintaining and optimising server and storage systems in a dynamic environment? Join our team in Port Pirie as an Infrastructure Server Technician and play a pivotal role in supporting our IT infrastructure and services.
As an Infrastructure Server Technician, you will provide essential support for our server and storage systems and services.

Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Prioritise personal safety and the safety of others by actively identifying, reporting, and controlling safety and environmental hazards.
  • Execute the HSE management plan to ensure a safe and healthy working environment with minimal impact on the environment.
  • Support the delivery of IT server and storage infrastructure as a subject matter expert (SME) and project coordinator.
  • Implement and maintain server and storage services, components, and associated infrastructure.
  • Act as an interface between the organisation and suppliers/vendors regarding technical issues.
  • Monitor the performance of equipment and services to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and business needs.
To be considered for this position applicants will need the following:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in server and storage support or project delivery roles.
  • Microsoft & Windows Servers and Storage hardware qualifications and experience.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Client and Server Products.
  • Good understanding of Office 365 and Active Directory administration.
  • Experience with server, storage, and cloud technologies.
  • Knowledge and experience of ServiceNow.
