The purpose of the Infrastructure Support Analyst is to ensure the operational effectiveness of client's systems and services by providing a business facing contact point for all matters. The role delivers BAU support across the business from 1st level to 2nd and 3rd level.
The employee responsibility will be:
- Provide predominately 2nd & 3rd level technical support either face to face, by phone, email or remotely. You may also be required to help with Level 1 tasks - so must be prepared to do this when required.
- Support Hardware and Communications ensuring continuity of usage for all users with minimal disruption to business.
- Escalate issues to other teams where appropriate
- Perform user account administration maintaining user access in the various Systems and Software
- Updating end-users on progress during problem resolution.
- Maintain Knowledge base to facilitate prompt resolution of incidents
- Networks - Switches Firewalls, Security
- Microsoft Windows Stack,
- Dynamics AX environment.
- Microsoft CRM
- Servers - Windows and Linux.
