Your new company A growing Managed Service Provider in Melbourne's South-East requires a 2x Level 2 Support Engineers for permanent opportunities commencing immediately, transitioning into a virtual IT Manager role. The company promotes a collaborative and supportive work environment, offering exposure to leading technologies. Your new role In this exciting role, you will be:
Managing a portfolio of 15 - 25 clients as an onsite Level 2 resource.
Aligning clients' IT infrastructure to best practice standards set by the company.
Assisting the vCIOs in making recommendations to help improve the client's technical environment.
Conducting Technical Alignment Reviews and regular onsite visits.
Identifying risks and sales opportunities and providing recommendations to the vCIO.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with the assigned client base.
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in your application, you will need:
Demonstrated experience in providing onsite Level 2 IT support.
Sound knowledge of Windows Server, Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, VMware / Hyper-V and Network troubleshooting.
Experience with ConnectWise PSA, N-able RMM and IT Glue is advantageous.
Highly developed troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience working within a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy.
A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, ITIL, Cisco and VMware certifications are beneficial.
A current driver's license and vehicle.
