The Opportunity
This is a rare newly created opportunity to work with one of Australia’s largest super funds who have been involved in some of the biggest headline making M&A transactions in Australian corporate history.
You will join a legal team of nine people and get mentorship and guidance from an amazing legal team that have come from the best law firms in Australia and you will work collaboratively to serve the company’s needs and deliver tangible results to its stakeholders.
Your role will include reviewing, negotiating, drafting and advising on various legal agreements and multi-party M&A transactions concerning the fund’s investments including but not limited to: Investment Management Agreements; Broker Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Share and Purchase Agreements, Binding and Non-binding Letters of Intent or Commitment, Heads of Agreement, Memoranda of Understanding, Limited Partnership Agreements, Trust Deeds, Company Articles of Association and Constitutions.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal Candidate will have:
At least 1 years experience as a Lawyer in either Mergers and Acquisitions, Infrastructure, Private Equity, Funds Management, Investment Management, Financial Services or Superannuation from a well regarded law firm.
