About the Role
Due to continued business growth and the acquisition of new contracts. We are only looking for Die Setters who have worked in the Injection Moulding industry.
Your daily duties would involve but not be limited to:
- Overseeing employees and ensuring productivity
- Complete Die Changeovers (various sizes)
- Die Insert changes
- Using both an Overhead crane or Forklift for Die Changes
- Colour / Masterbatch Changes
- Trouble Shooting / Problem Solving Techniques
- Start up and shutdown of machines
- Quality control of product
About You
Our manufacturing process is handled by well-trained supervisors, die-setters and machine operators to ensure smooth running of operations.
As an integral part of the team we would expect you to have:
- A clear commitment to a Safety-First culture.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Plastic Injection Moulding and die setting experience only.
- The ability to influence outcomes and build a team culture
- A "can do" and "hands on" proactive attitude
- A current forklift licence
