Perm, Part Time - 24 hours per week
This Australian organisation is looking to provide professional advice and support to sites (including subsidiary businesses) in, Western Australia and South Australia on Injury Management strategy and return to work plans, for work and non-work related injuries/illness. To develop and implement Injury Management programs that are inclusive of work and non-work related injury/illness
You will be responsible for:
Managing return to work planning
Injury Management Strategy for non-work related injuries
Claims Administration & Reporting
To be successful in this position you will ideally have:
Have a proven history in Injury Management, Rehabilitation or Workers Compensation Claims Management Role
Ideally a Return To Work Coordinators Certificate
Multi-site/Multi-stakeholder experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Incident Reporting Database, SIMS and Learning Management System
High level of Communication & interpersonal skills
Coaching and facilitation skills
Flexibility to WFH and travel interstate
An excellent 6 figured pro-rata salary is available
