Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Injury Management strategies to facilitate early return to work for employees
- Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on Injury Management processes and procedures
- Compile reports on injury and illness statistics
- Conduct well-being assessments and develop initiatives to promote physical and mental health in the workplace
- Well-developed knowledge and experience in managing Workers Compensation & Injury Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines
- A current Driver’s Licence
