Innovation Analyst

As part of a high-performing team, you will be supported to thrive and bring your ideas to the table, working with a collaborative team to create value for our customers.The roleSuncorp's Innovation team conducts future-focussed experiments and to achieve this, the Innovation Analyst role is pivotal. You will provide technical and business feasibility and viability guidance and recommendations for Test and Learn experiments in the Suncorp Innovation Team. The Innovation Team explores opportunities and fosters innovation at Suncorp Group level for immediate innovation needs as well as long term innovation establishment.This role will support the Innovation Studio Experiments by:

• Eliciting and defining business, AI and technical requirements, and analysing solution viability, in partnership with other stakeholders (e.g. tech teams, Enterprise Architects), project stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Researching and testing new technology from third parties to support experiments
• Developing pathways to production guidance for experiments (including technical, customer and resource considerations)

In addition, you will support the Head of Innovation by coordinating the pipeline of innovation and AI ideas across the enterprise, and prioritising ideas according to customer and business impact as well as feasibility and viability lenses.What you'll bring

• Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business or associated field (desired)
• 5-8 years' experience in an innovation/business analyst/technology role (mandatory)
• Demonstrated experience and ability to synthesise findings and produce recommendations for feasibility and viability of hypothesis through an experimentation lens (mandatory)
• Demonstrated ability to identify, capture and resolve complex issues (mandatory)
• Innovation experimentation/test and learn experience (desired)
